This Privacy Policy explains how PRISM V10 LLC ("PRISM V10," "we," "us") handles information on prism-v-10.ai (the "Site"). We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible for your data
PRISM V10 LLC is the controller of personal data handled through the Site. You can reach us at hello@prism-v-10.ai for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
- Information you send us. The Site has no forms, accounts, or logins. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. Sending us an email is voluntary.
- Technical data. Our hosting and network providers (currently Vercel and Cloudflare) may automatically process technical data needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps, in server logs and security systems.
- Cookies and tracking. The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. When you dismiss the privacy notice, your browser stores one small setting on your device so the notice does not reappear. It contains no personal information and is strictly necessary to remember your choice.
Why we use information and our legal basis
- Corresponding with people in response to their enquiries, including contacts at other businesses. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- Preparing a quote or proposal when you ask us to, before you agree to anything. Asking for information or a quote creates no obligation on your part. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Administering and protecting our business and the Site, including keeping ordinary business records of our correspondence and keeping the Site secure and free from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
Where we rely on our legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your privacy and your rights. The information involved is limited, and you may object at any time (see Your rights below).
We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile you.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers (processors) that host or secure the Site or deliver email, and only as needed for those services, or when the law requires it.
International transfers
PRISM V10 is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it for data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the transfer safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them. Hosting providers keep technical logs under their own retention schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will respond within the time the law requires, which is generally one month. Residents of some U.S. states have similar rights, and we honor valid requests as the law requires. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Links
The Site does not currently load third-party fonts, scripts, or embedded content. If you follow a link to another site, that site's policy applies.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
